Solicitor finds planning consent for 63 homes next to property

 

Oldham Conveyancing "planning consents" that is!

Fridaysmove's Oldham Conveyancing team was instructed in April to act in the sale of a freehold detached house in Royton OL2, a town within the Metropolitan Borough of Oldham, Greater Manchester, and formerly part of Lancashire.

Peapod Estate's Oldham office had found a buyer for the property, and passed the buyer's details to our team to enable them to proceed.   The sale price was £202, 000. Jaaine Intarajah handled the sale at Fridaysmove, and the buyer's Conveyancing Solicitors were Osborne Morris & Morgan.

Once the buyer's details were received, the contract was prepared and sent to their Solicitors. The title showed that the property was affected by some old restrictive covenants and the seller was asked to confirm that there were no breaches of these.
