Purchase of leasehold property: Conveyancing Addlestone, Surrey, London, KT15

Fridaysmove conveyancing Addlestone team, in June 2007, acted on the purchase conveyancing for 99 year leasehold, for a property at The Glen, Addlestone, Surrey.  This property was valued at around £122, 500. 00.  The local authority council on this home was Runnymede Council.

The Land Registry Office Copies that were supplied, revealed that the sellers had owned the property for less than five years and as such there was a danger that the transfer of the property to the seller could be set aside, if it was established that the property within that five year period was a Transfer at Undervalue.

The managing agent was GCRA.  Michelle Francis was the property lawyer in charge of conveyancing in this particular case.

The estate agent's memo of sale, detailing the sellers conveyancing solicitor, was obtained shortly before receiving the letter with draft contract papers.  The estate agent was Townends (branch covering Addlestone).

The seller's conveyancing solicitor in Addlestone was Fridaysmove.
