Our conveyancing Clapton team were instructed to proceed with the purchase for a 125 year leasehold for a home valued at around £210, 000, located at Clapton Common, Hackney, East London, E5.

The seller's conveyancing solicitor Clapton was Thornton and Co – DX58710 Shepherds Bush. Hackney, East London.

Property located in a conservation area. There were also some planning permissions that affected this property. Property was subject to restrictions/rights/covenants as set out in a conveyance dated 14/12/1993, checks were made to make sure these conditions had been complied with.

A restrictive covenant is: an Encumbrance within the Title Deeds that is attached to the land. It may have an expiry date or it may state that some of the covenants are not to expire and consequently, you should be aware of the effect it my have on your use (including future development plans) of the property.
