This property is in the local authority of Winchester Council. Comprehensive conveyancing questions were submitted within the same day of receiving sale contract (including Transfer Deeds). As this property is in a conservation area, conveyancers need take extra precautions in case any alteration have been made. A right of way was revealed in the Office Copies supplied by the Land Registry. Our conveyancing lawyer ensured that the right of way was used without interruption and without causing a nuisance to the sellers.

The Land Registry documentation revealed that the property was subject to restrictions/rights/covenants as set out in a conveyance dated 06/04/1977. It was important that we check with the sellers conveyancing solicitor/licensed conveyancer that the aforementioned restrictions/covenants etc. had been fully complied with.
