The Birmingham HIP team also obtained a Drainage and Water Search (CON29DW) from the http://www.stwater.co.uk/" target="_blank">Severn Trent Water Authority.
Due to our speed the dwelling was able to be marketed with a few days of the HIP order. The estate agent was Shells who often list homes needing HIPs in Birmingham, Birmingham and the Black Country, West Midlands.
