Fridays help make another home; this time in Streatham, London (SW16).

In February 2008 our Streatham conveyancing team (led by Michelle Francis) dealt with the purchase conveyancing for a 99 year leasehold for a residential home valued at around £270, 000 located at 54 Norfolk House Road, Streatham, London, SW16 (within the local authority area of" target="_blank">Lambeth Council Borough Of London).

Though a risk of natural subsidence was uncovered (further details can be viewed in the environmental searches), the estate agent's memorandum of sale detailing the vendors licensed conveyancer was obtained shortly before receiving the legal papers.

The estate agent was the Townends branch covering Streatham and the seller's conveyancing solicitor was Ewart Price.
