You may use either a Solicitor or a Conveyancer for your conveyancing – provided they are licensed by their respective licensing bodies.
If you are selling you should instruct your Conveyancers or Solicitors prior to putting the property on the market and if buying, instruct your Conveyancers or Solicitors before you make an offer as the Estate Agents will want your conveyancing lawyer or solicitor’s details when your offer is accepted.
