Ventilation

Ventilation is essential for all buildings because it helps to disperse moisture caused by cooking, bathing and cooking. 

It helps prevent a number of problems, such as:

• The build up of condensation on indoor surfaces
• Compensation inside roof spaces
• The development of rot on flooring, particularly Dry Rot

Without proper Ventilation, high moisture levels can lead to the formation of mold, a serious health hazard.
