Venmore sells 55% of lots at December Property Auction in Liverpool

Congratulations to Venmore Property Auctions who sold 29 of the listed 49 lost generating an impressive £1.9m of sales at a recent Property Auction in Liverpool.

The Property Auction was held at the Hilton Hotel, in central Liverpool.  However, due to the success of its Liverpool Property Auctions throughout 2011 (£7.85m sales over 7 auction events), Venmore is moving its auction venue to a new location at ‘The City of Liverpool, Town Hall, High St, Liverpool, Merseyside L2 3SW’ for 2012.

8 lots were tied up prior to the auction day with a further nine lots were sold in the two weeks that followed.  It is common practice for auction houses to negotiate Unsold Property Auction lots after the event. 

The majority of property sold was resdidential.

Venmore’s next auction is scheduled for 15 February 2012.
