"I decided to use Fridays initially because I objected to the amount estate agents wanted to prepare my HIP and looked on the internet and found Fridays. Thanks goodness I did! I went on to use them for both my sale and purchase.
They prepared my HIP and the cost was then deducted from the charges for my sale. I was a little concerned at first that by using an internet based company it would mean more work for me. But I was wrong. Within the chain was one other internet company and two large firms of solicitors and Fridays were the most efficient of them all. My paperwork etc for both sale and purchase were ready way ahead of the others and I was left waiting for them to catch up.
Their service was first class and Gemma Farguson who dealt with my case was one of the most efficient and pleasant people I have come across. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation and commend them for their service.
