Purchase of freehold residence: Conveyancing Bennetts End, Hemel Hampstead, Herts, HP3

Our Fridaysmove conveyancing Hemel Hempstead team, in April 2008, acted on the purchase conveyancing for a freehold, for a home located at Bennetts End in Hemel Hempstead.  The estimated value of the property was £243,000.00.

A Housing Act Charge was revealed in the Office Copies supplied by the registered owners conveyancing specialist.  It was imperative that we ensured that this financial charge was repaid, so that our client did not inherit the debt.

The Land Registry documentation revealed that the property was subject to restrictions/rights/covenants as set out in a transfer dated 6th November 2000.  It was important that we checked with the registered owners conveyancing specialist that these restrictions/covenants etc. had been fully complied with.

The property lawyer was Joanne Yamat.  The estate agent's particulars of sale, detailing the registered owners conveyancing specialist, was obtained shortly before receiving the conveyancing agreement.  The estate agent was David Doyle Estate Agents (branch covering Hemel Hempstead).
