Purchase of freehold dwelling: Conveyancing Radlett, Herts, WD7

The Land Registry documentation revealed that the property was subject to restrictions/rights/covenants, as set out in a conveyance dated 28/08/1938.  It was very important that we check with the registered owners conveyancing lawyer that these restrictions/covenants etc. had been fully complied with.
