Now that HIPs have been suspended, Fridaysmove will be providing EPCs (Energy Performance Certificates) at no cost to our Conveyancing customers. So you will be able to market your property straight away if you instruct us for Conveyancing. We will produce the EPC within 28 days of you ordering it.
Whatever you pay us for an EPC will be refunded once you complete on your Conveyancing matter. In effect, this will be a free Energy Performance Certificate worth around £47.
