28 Days to Produce an EPC

The Government has suspended the HIP (Home Information Pack) but an EPC will be required to be produced by the seller within 28 days of going on the market.

It's not yet clear how this will be enforced and there isn't an obvious existing regulatory mechanism.  The potential buyers could be encouraged to look for the EPC or at least the energy efficiency ratings on the Property Particulars.

To accommodate our customers, Fridaysmove will be supplying EPCs with Conveyancing at no cost.  We will also aim to provide the cheapest EPC on the market.
