The Ipswich Probate Registry opening hours are 9. 30am to 4. 00pm and appointments for interview are arranged between the hours of 10. 00am and 3. 30pm, depending on demand.

Interviews at local offices are arranged by the Ipswich Registry.

Appointments for interview at Ipswich are held between 10. 30 am and 12. 30m pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, depending on demand.

Appointments are held at Chelmsford every Friday and Colchester once per month on an ad hoc basis.

A new computer system is available in some Probate Registries which allows a search for grants issued after 1920.
