Possible delay on searches for Conveyancing - Northumberland County Council

Please be advised that the land charges department at Northumberland County Council , who carry out searches for conveyancing in Northumberland are currently experiencing staff resourcing issues which has increased the turnaround times to approximately 4-5 weeks.
