What does the RICS HomeBuyer Report House Diagram mean?


The RICS Homebuyer Report provides an easy-to-understand survey for home buyers in England and Wales.   Intended for properties of standard construction and less than 75 year old, they are set out in a clear and concise manner and include a simple traffic light condition rating.

On the final page of the HomeBuyer Report you will find an illustration of a cross section of house, entitled the House Diagram.

This is a useful addition to the Report insofar as it visually indicates the location of a number of terms referred to in the HomeBuyer Report.
