“(31.01.2005) RESTRICTION: No disposition of the registered estate by the proprietor of the registered estate, or by the proprietor of any future registered charge, is to be registered without a written consent signed by the proprietor for the time being of the Charge dated 27 August 2004 in favour of National Westminster Home Loans Limited referred to in the Charges Register.”

The home is located within the local authority district of Newcastle-upon-Tyne located at the Civic Centre, Barras Bridge, Newcastle –upon-Tyne, NE99 2BN.

There were no significant issues revealed through the results of local area search and it was confirmed that the property is in an area where less than 1% of homes are above the radon action level.
