Front door canopy needs a serious makeover

One of the most serious issues voiced by the Surveyor is the corrosion to the front door canopy. The structure has been weathered and the deck and fascia are showing strong signs of deterioration.

The Surveyor recommends that this is replaced immediately to prevent more serious damage from occurring in the future.

It will be expensive to repair the canopy, although if this essential work is delayed then the cost could be even higher.

Building regulations breached
