28/07/2009 saw Mrs R 20 Newark Street, Reading, RG1 instructed us to provide a leasehold Home Information Pack in Reading.
The following documents were included in the Pack: Office Copies , EPC, Property Information Questionnaire, Lease obtained
from HMLR and a Local Authority Search which we obtained from
Reading Council . We also
worked closely with the
Thames Water Authority to obtain a Official (CON29DW) Drainage and
Water Search. The property was valued at £170,000.00.
