On 27th May 2009, after receiving an EPC Quote from us - Mr and Mrs J of Crockerton Road, South West London asked Fridaysmove Solicitors to supply an EPC in Upper Tooting.

The Energy Performance Certificate offers an energy performance rating for your property -  providing prospective home purchasers with an assessment of the property's energy consumption.  Also, it comes together with a list of practical measures that can be taken by home owners, in order to reduce carbon emissions and fuel bills.  The EPC uses an A to G system of rating which is almost identical to the ones used on washing machines and fridges.  

Only Qualified Energy Assessors or Certified Home Inspectors should produce EPCs, on behalf of residential property owners in London.

The residential property, belonging to the home owners, was valued at around £380,000.00.
