Having shopped around on the internet, the owners of a house at  Station Road, Harpenden, Hertfordshire paid upfront for Fridaysmove to collate a leasehold HIP in Harpenden.

The statutory required documents to be included in the HIP included: Official Copies prepared by the Land Registry, EPC (Prepared following inspection of the property), legally protected PIQ, Copy lease and a private Local Authority Search, which we received from St. Albans City And District Council.
