Leasehold HIP in Reading, Berkshire, RG1

Having shopped around on the internet previously, the owners of a house at Reading, Berkshire paid upfront for Fridaysmove to collate a HIP in Reading.

The statutory required documents to be included in the HIP included: Official Copies prepared by the Land Registry, EPC (Prepared following inspection of the property), legally protected PIQ, Copy lease and a private Local Authority Search - which Reading Council gave to us.

The Thames Water Authority worked closely with us, so we could obtain a Drainage and Water Search.
