Energy Performance Certificate in Fairmont Avenue, Canary Wharf and Poplar, London, E14

Fridaysmove Solicitors were instructed by Mr and Mrs C of Fairmont Avenue, to create an EPC in Canary Wharf and Poplar.  This was following an EPC Quote they received from us.

The Energy Performance Certificate reveals the environmental impact and energy efficiency rating of the property.  In addition, it advises home owners on cost effective ways to reduce emissions and cut bills.  An EPC uses an A to G rating system (similar to the ones used on fridges and washing machines).

Mr and Mrs C's home was valued at £315,000.00.
