Profile:

Laurie graduated from the Southampton Solent University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Estate Management. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow of the Chartered of Building.  

Laurie has extensive experience in Commercial and Residential property,  carrying out surveys, dilapidations, party wall matters, specific defect investigation and other core building surveying functions.

Laurie is a keen pilot who holds a PPL and also loves to fly paragliders.

Areas of Specialism

Laurie has worked both nationally and internationally and can offer advice on a range of property related matters including acquisitions, residential and commercial development from single units to large master planned mixed use developments, and all types of surveying matters.  

Laurie is also a RICS Registered Valuer which means he can give valuation advice on both commercial and residential properties.  

He regularly acts as an Expert Witness on commercial and residential property matters.
