HIP Refund Policy from May 20th 2010

Following the suspension of the HIP today (20th May 2010) we have been inundated with calls about refunds for HIPs.

This is our policy for HIP refunds.

All HIPs ordered with Conveyancing will get a full refund on completion.  The EPC will be delivered when required.

All standalone HIPs ordered after 5pm on 19th May 2010 will be refunded - but we will offer you an EPC as you now require one.

All standalone HIPs ordered before 5pm on 19th May 2010 will not be refunded and the EPC will be delivered.
