Fridays help with the successful purchase of a residential property in Hackney, London.

We are pleased to announce that in September 2007 our Clapton conveyancing team (headed by Julie Dixon) helped in the purchase of a Mount Pleasant Hill, Latham's Yard (Hackney, London, E5) residential property, valued at around £190,000.

The estate agent was Cityzen Properties who provided the particulars of sale (detailing the registered proprietors property conveyancer) before exchanging the conveyancing documentation.
