On 12th October 2009, Mr and Mrs J of Sidbrook Orchards, Greenway, Taunton, Somerset - asked Fridaysmove to supply a freehold HIP in Somerset.

The final HIP included the following compulsory documents: Official Copies of Title as supplied by the Land Registry, Energy Performance Certificate, Legally assisted Property Information Questionnaire and a Local Search, which we acquired from Taunton Deane Council.

We also worked closely with the Wessex Water Authority in order to obtain a Drainage and Water Search.

The property was valued at £250,000.00.
