Energy Performance Certificate in Plumstead, London, SE18

On 7th September 2009, following a very reasonable EPC Quote from us - Mr and Mrs L of South East London asked Fridaysmove Solicitors to supply a freehold EPC in Plumstead.

The Energy Performance Certificate reveals to home owners the energy efficiency rating and environmental impact of the property.  An EPC uses an A to G rating system which is very similar to the ones used on fridges, washing machines and other household items.  It also advises on cost effective improvements that can be made to cut bills and reduce emissions.
