Freehold HIP in Fareham, Hampshire, PO16

After shopping around on the internet, the owners of a house located at Fareham in Hampshire, paid upfront for Fridaysmove to collate a freehold HIP in Fareham.  

The statutory required documents to be included in the HIP were as follows: Official Copies prepared by the Land Registry, EPC (Prepared following inspection of the property), a legally protected PIQ and a private Local Authority Search.  This was granted to us from Fareham Council.

We also worked closely with the Southern Water Authority, to acquire a Drainage and Water Search.

The property was valued at £200,000.00.
