Energy Performance Certificate in Exeter, EX2

On 19th June 2009 - Mr and Mrs J of Heavitree, Exeter asked Fridaysmove Solicitors to produce an EPC in Exeter.  This was after receiving an EPC Quote from us.

The Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) reveals the energy efficiency rating and environmental impact of the property to home owners.  It uses an A to G rating system similar to the ones used on fridges and washing machines.  Additionally, it advises on cost effective improvements that can be made, in order to cut bills and reduce emissions.  An EPC would prove very helpful to a potential home owners, as it gives them an assessment of the property's energy consumption.

£217,000.00 was the estimated value of the residential property.

The estate agent was Sale Boards Estate Agents, who handle property for people needing EPCs in Exeter, Devon, South West England.

Either Qualified Energy Assessors or Certified Home Inspectors should produce EPC Packs for residential property owners.
