On 25th August 2009, after receiving a very reasonable EPC Quote from us - Mr and Mrs I of South West London asked Fridaysmove's Solicitors to supply an EPC in Earlsfield.
The Energy Performance Certificate shows the energy efficiency rating and environmental impact of the residential property. It uses an A to G rating system which is very similar to the ones used on fridges and washing machines. The EPC also advises on cost effective improvements that can be made by home owners, in order to cut bills and reduce emissions.
£310,000.00 was the estimated value of the residential property.
