Fridaysmove were paid upfront to collate a freehold HIP in Cumbria, by the owners of a property in Carlisle, Cumbria.  

The required documentation to be included in the HIP were: Official Copies prepared by the Land Registry, EPC (prepared following inspection of the property), legally protected PIQ, and a Private Local Authority Search, which we attained from Carlisle Council.

Also obtained was a Drainage and Water Search from the United Utilities Water Authority.

The property was valued at £125,000.00.
