Conveyancing (Residential Property)

Conveyancing is the name given to the house moving process where the ownership of a property is ‘conveyed’ from one to another.

The conveyancing process can be complicated and there are many checks that the conveyancer has to make to ensure that the sale is legal and binding. Because of this the work is generally done by a licensed conveyancer or solicitor.
