The sale price of £445,000 was expertly negotiated with the help of Carr and Co estate agents branch covering Bracknell. The property falls within the local administration area of  Bracknell Forest Council. It was established from the local council that there were no concerns with the property regarding planning permissions granted or pending on the property or for the surrounding area.   The property was also unaffected by any tree preservation orders or rights of way that may have become a nuisance to the clients.
