(b) Not to erect on the land hereby assured any building other than boundary walls or fences not exceeding 6 feet in height nearer to the said road than the said building line
(c) That all 'messuages' which may be erected and built on the said land hereby assured shall be built up to the said building line and front to Merrivale Road
(d) Not to erect or set up or suffer to be or remain or permit or suffer to be erected or remain on the said land hereby assured any 'messuages' or dwelling houses of the nature of back-house or terrace-houses
(e) Not to exercise or carry on or permit or suffer to be exercised or carried on upon the said land hereby assured or any part thereof or in any 'messuage' or building erected or to be erected thereon any offensive trade business or manufacture whatsoever but to erect or build on the said land hereby assured messages or dwelling houses only to be used strictly as private dwelling houses and retail shops and for no other purpose
(f) Not to use or permit or suffer any 'messuage' or building erected or which may be erected on the said land hereby assured or on any part thereof to be used as or for an inn tavern or public-house beer shop or beer house for the sale of ale beer stout porter wines spirits or other excisable liquors or carry on the business of a wholesale beer dealer brewer or wine and spirit merchant thereupon and
(g) Not to erect build or set up upon the said land hereby assured or any part thereof any messuage or dwelling house of a less cost to build than £150 or of a less letting value at the time of completion of said buildings than 6/6d a week.
