For the benefit and protection of the Vendors adjoining or neighbouring property (hereinafter called "the protected property") or any part thereof and so as to bind the property hereby conveyed into whosoever hands the same may come the Purchasers hereby covenant with the Vendors not to do or suffer to be done upon the property hereby conveyed any act or thing which may be or become a nuisance annoyance or injury to any of the protected property or to the tenants thereof.
• (01.07.1991) A Conveyance of the land on title dated 4 September 1973 made between (1) Netherton Building and Construction Company Limited and (2) Philip H and Morag H contains restrictive covenants.

A purchase price of £210,000 was set by the handling estate agent, City and County at 11 - 13 Cowgate, Peterborough, PE1 1LZ.

The standard local authority search was carried out through Peterborough City Council (Town Hall, Bridge Street, Peterborough, PE1 1HF).

There was a restriction registered against the dwelling and Jaaine had to be sure that her clients would be able to have the said restriction discharged prior to the transfer of the land to the purchasers.
