  • (01.07.1991) A Conveyance of the land on title dated 4 September 1973 made between (1) Netherton Building and Construction Company Limited and (2) Philip H and Morag H contains restrictive covenants.

A purchase price of £210,000 was set by the handling estate agent, City and County at 11 - 13 Cowgate, Peterborough, PE1 1LZ.

The standard local authority search was carried out through Peterborough City Council (Town Hall, Bridge Street, Peterborough, PE1 1HF).
