THE SECOND SCHEDULE before referred to
The land hereby conveyed and all present or future buildings thereon shall not nor shall any part thereof at any time hereafter be used for the sale of ale beer wines spirits or other intoxicating liquors or for any club or institution at which such liquors or any of them are sold or consumed. "
