The following are details of the covenants contained in the Deed dated 27 June 1938 referred to in the Charges Register of the official copies from the land registry. "THE Assignors hereby covenant with the Assignees that as regards the parts of the Court House Green Estate at present remaining unsold being the land uncoloured on the said plan annexed hereto included within the pink verge line that they and their successors in title will observe the restrictions set out in the Second Schedule hereto and that they will impose the like restriction on each plot of land forming part of the Court House Green Estate which they may at any time hereafter sell or dispose of and take from the Purchaser of each of such plots of land a covenant in terms similar to that set out in the said Second Schedule hereto Provided always that this restriction shall not preclude the Assignors from consenting to the sale of medicated wines in any Chemists or Druggists Shop which may now or hereafter be erected on the Court House Green Estate or any part thereof and that no liability for any breach of the said restrictions as regards any plot of land shall attached to the Assignors after they shall have parted with their interest in such plot to any person subject to his or a like restriction so imposed as aforesaid.

THE SECOND SCHEDULE before referred to

The land hereby conveyed and all present or future buildings thereon shall not nor shall any part thereof at any time hereafter be used for the sale of ale beer wines spirits or other intoxicating liquors or for any club or institution at which such liquors or any of them are sold or consumed. "
