Local searches through the local authority, Chorley Council revealed no results that would hinder the process, much to the relief of the client , Mrs G. 

The Land Registry documentation revealed that the property was subject to restrictions as set out in a Conveyance dated June 1989, thus the Conveyancing team in Chorley ensured that these were fully adhered, to and did not affect the purchaser. 

Further investigation revealed that there was a danger of the transfer being set aside, as the property had been owned for less than 5 years.
