This was not the only problem with the transfer as it was discovered through the Land Registry Office Documentation that there were numerous planning permissions affecting this property including demolitions of existing buildings and the construction of a Residential Development erecting some 45 dwellings.  Further investigation was required by the Conveyancing Team in Bracknell and full disclosure of the findings to Mr P who after some consideration decided to proceed with the transaction. 

The local authority for this property is Bracknell Forest Council.  Thankfully there were no further issues raised through local searches or Environmental searches.
