Out of Date Copies Cause Conveyancing Delay

In December 2009, transfer of a property was delayed as the Land Registry Office copies were out of date and accordingly fresh copies had to be requested from the vendor’s Solicitor in Bracknell, Margo Watson and Co. 

The freehold property located on Winkfield Row was bought by Mr and Mrs E. Negotiations mediated by local Estate Agent Carr and Co ended on the agreed price of £445,000. 

The local authority area is Bracknell Forest Council, no significant issues were raised by the local searches, however the Land Registry Documentation revealed that the property was subject to rights/covenants/restrictions as set out in a transfer dated Dec 1959.
