Buyer has a happy holiday thanks to Solicitors in Plymouth

Land registration system helps fast Conveyancing

The sellers' title was registered with the land registry's Plymouth office, Seaton Court, 2 William Prance Road, Plymouth, PL6 5W. The vendors' Plymouth Property Lawyers quickly prepared the contract and sent it to Jaaine with the copy title and the information forms which their clients had previously completed.

The usual searches had already been put in hand, and some further enquiries were sent to the sellers' Conveyancing Solicitors in Plymouth. Once all the replies were received and checked Jaaine was able to confirm that everything was satisfactory and sent a full report on title to the purchaser.

As soon as her client had received a satisfactory mortgage offer Jaaine arranged for her to sign the contract together with the mortgage deed. By then it was a few days before the start of the Christmas holiday period, but the sellers also wanted to move beforehand.

Arrangements were therefore made to ensure that the mortgage money was released in good time to enable the purchase to be completed on 23rd December. Both the buyer and the sellers were grateful that their Plymouth Conveyancers had been able to achieve this.
