Automated Registration of Title to Land (ARTL)

An alternative to the current paper based system in Scotland of Land Registration for Dealings with Whole, where registration is completed electronically via a secure Internet connection. The ARLT system is available via the Internet. Many Scottish Conveyancing solicitors firms who use the system of registration have case management systems and the ARTL application can interface with several systems. However there will be no need for any specialist case management systems in order to be able to use ARTL.
